Our Market Huaraches are made from raw leather. The raw leather (leather that has not been put through the tanning process) starts out a light honey color but this will change to a darker tan with regular use and the natural oils from your feet and the sun will help achieve an aged patina only time, wear, and frequent care could have accomplished naturally. Each strand is hand cut to form the intricate basket weave!
